The lower level contains 2 bedrooms each with 2 pairs of twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a laundry room, a wet-bar with full-sized refrigerator and microwave, a dining area, a second living area with a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), plenty of seating, large satellite TV, ping pong table, foosball game, an exercise room equipped with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and a covered patio with an enormous 8-person hot tub.
